Siesta Frames Ltd is a family business founded in 1994, provides prompt and efficient service for craft supplies and accessories to both trade and retail customers in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

We manufacture many of the products we sell under the brand names Siesta, Whitmac and CraftLite.

We are also distributors for The Daylight Company, Bostik Craft glues, John James needles. The Eylet Company Thread Heaven and Magnistitch magnifiers,

We offer retail mail order service, attend the major UK retail shows and our products are in good craft supplies shops that may be local to you.

Siesta's CraftLite lighting products are compliant with the RoHS directive that defines the use and restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

Siesta is also a member of WEEECARE (Membership no WEE/CD0102WU) to comply with the WEEE directive (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) that aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic goods on the environment.

Mail Order We offer a prompt retail Mail Order service, whenever possible, despatching orders the same day we receive them. To obtain a copy of our Mail Order Catalogue, please eMail your name and address to us at sales@siestaframes.com. We accept payment by cheque, VISA, Mastercard, Electron and Switch. Orders may be placed using the 'Shopping Cart' facility, telephone or by Fax. Postage and Packing is charged depending upon the order value and the shipment desination country. Foe listed countries these charges are added automatically when the order is placed online. Current P&P rates for shipment within the UK are: - Orders up to £12.00 P&P £2.25 Orders up to £25.00 P&P £3.50 Orders over £25.00 P&P £4.75 P&P rates for shipments outside the UK are listed in Terms and Conditions section. Retail Shows Autumn 2009 We attend major retail needlecraft shows in the UK where we have many additional products which are not on our website . We will be at the following Retail shows in Autumn 2010:- 23rd to 26th September: Creative Stitches and HobbyCrafts, Showground, Exeter. 28th to 31st October: Creative Stitches and HobbyCrafts, SECC, Glasgow. 4th to 7th November: HobbyCrafts, NEC, Birmingham.
